Female Sales Executive

Job Description:
Al Flah Estate is looking for a confident and result-driven Female Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in direct sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience dealing with clients, closing sales, and possess a confident personality with the ability to represent the company professionally. The candidate should also be comfortable appearing in digital media content for marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients directly to generate sales opportunities
• Conduct in-person meetings and present company services professionally
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
• Assist in creating digital media content for marketing when required
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in direct sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident personality with strong client-handling ability
• Comfortable appearing in digital media content / social media promotions
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Qualification:
Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
