Job Title: Female Sales Executive – Counter Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales Executive for counter sales in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, promoting products, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service at the retail counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the counter area.
• Follow up with customers for repeat sales and maintain good relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with inventory and store team for stock availability.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (as per company requirement).
• Minimum 1–2 years of counter sales or retail sales experience in UAE preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS system).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
