Female sales person

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Female Sales Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide detailed product/service information and troubleshooting support.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training or documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and turning inquiries into sales.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
