FEMALE Sales Representative - Cosmetics Products (English and Arabic Speakers)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our cosmetics products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of beauty and skincare products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about product benefits and usage.

2. Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and distributors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:

  • Stay updated on product features, new launches, and industry trends.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Educate clients and partners about new products and promotional offers.

4. Reporting & Feedback:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
  • Experience: Previous sales experience in cosmetics, or retail is preferred.
  • Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Persuasive and confident in closing sales.

o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

o Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
