About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Social Media & Brand Executive to join our beauty brand team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Social Media Executive with those of a Brand Manager Assistant, ensuring both our online presence and brand identity are strong, consistent, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content (posts, stories, reels, campaigns) for all social media platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to increase brand visibility.
• Manage paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing weekly/monthly reports.
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly to boost engagement.

Brand Management Assistance

• Support the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing product positioning, packaging ideas, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and beauty industry trends.
• Coordinate with designers, influencers, and vendors for marketing collaborations.
• Help plan and organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and on-ground activities.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Proven experience in social media management and brand marketing (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Creativity in content creation and campaign ideas.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
