Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated female professional to join our team for driving online sales growth, managing digital platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Run digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Google, YouTube Ads)

2. Manage social media (posts, reels, stories)

3. Design creatives using Canva and adobe

4. Update website and product listings

5. Handle customer engagement and retention

6. Coordinate with influencers, gyms, and retailers

7. Reach out to potential new customers to expand brand awareness and sales.
KPIs:

• Sales growth
• Conversion rates
• ROAS
• Engagement & leads
• Customer retentio

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business

2. 2-4 years experience

3. Knowledge of digital marketing & ads

4. Basic design skills

5. Strong communication skills
