Superior Fence & Rail of Western CT is hiring full-time Fence Installers for immediate start. We install vinyl, aluminum, wood, composite, and chain-link fencing for residential and commercial customers throughout Connecticut.

This is stable, year-round work with real advancement opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

• $18–$25/hour, based on experience
• Paid weekly
• Consistent schedule:

- Mon–Fri: 6:45am–4:00pm

• All tools and training provided
• Local Western CT and Westchester County work

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Inspect truck/trailer daily to ensure safe, correct loading
• Lay out fence lines per job order and survey
• Verify utility locations before digging
• Install posts, panels, gates, and hardware to company standards
• Operate tools safely and professionally
• Maintain clean job sites
• Assist with warranty and repair work as needed
• Attend required training
• Unload and clean truck/trailer daily

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Physically capable of outdoor work in all conditions

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

• Fence installation experience
• Carpentry or construction background

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
