Position Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Fence Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of residential fencing systems including wood, chain link, vinyl, and ornamental iron. This is a hands-on position where quality, efficiency, and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Do

• Install residential fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal systems
• Measure, lay out, and mark fence lines according to job specifications
• Dig post holes, set posts, and secure fencing materials properly
• Operate tools and equipment such as augers, saws, levels, and skid steers when needed
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate with customers professionally while on-site
• Load and unload materials and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in fence installation, construction, or general labor preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow layout instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
