FF&E Designer – Luxury Interior Design & Fit-Out

Maison de Nova is a high-end interior design and fit-out company specializing in luxury residential and commercial spaces. We are known for creating refined, bespoke interiors that blend timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication.

We are looking for a talented FF&E Designer with a strong design sense and a passion for luxury furniture, materials, and finishes to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present FF&E concepts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with the project vision
• Source and specify furniture, fabrics, lighting, artwork, and accessories from high-end suppliers
• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and cost summaries
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout the project
• Stay up to date with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in FF&E design for luxury residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of international and local suppliers, materials, and finishes
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
