Business Development Manager/ Engineer - AMD x86 Embedded Portfolio
Responsibilities

Responsible for driving business growth focusing on AMD’s x86 Embedded Processors portfolio in India.

Own and drive KPIs for AMD x86 Embedded portfolio business. Drive and manage design opportunities funnel. Grow Opportunity Funnel

Exceed/Meet Design-In, Design-Win and Revenue targets
-
Analyze and Understand Market segments Customer applications, And pitch right Avnet/ AMD x86 Processor solution to win designs through Chip-down or ODM board solutions

Technical Sales of x86 Embedded Processor Solutions by promoting ODM Board Solutions ( Advantech, AAEON, Kontron, ADLINK, ASRock, iBase, Gigabyte, Congatec, DFI, ASI, SolidRun, etc)

Work closely with AMD in joint promotion & sales activities

Identify and develop Avnet/ AMD x86 Embedded eco-system partners to enable system solutions

Represent Avnet by pitching Products & Solutions presentations at Customer meetings and events. Conduct Customer Tech days, Participate in Industry events.

Build Strong technical competency and regularly complete recommended trainings and certifications.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

Knowledge and application experience on x86 Embedded Processors portfolio – knowledge of Intel x86 Processors in Embedded segment

Prior experience in x86 technical sales addressing Industrial, Communications & Networking, Automotive, Defence/ Aerospace, Robotics, Fintech ( ATM/POS), AI/ML, IoT

Understanding of x86 Embedded Software stack – BIOS/ Firmware/ Operating systems and Application stack.

At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing Technical sales/ business development roles

Excellent English Communication Skills - Written and Oral

Strong analytical and presentation skills to articulate advantages of AMD x86 Products & Solutions to potential Customers.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India
