Key Responsibilities (Sales & Field Marketing Executive – IT Services)

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calling, business networking, and local market research.
  • Generate qualified leads for website development, digital marketing services, Google Ads, and software solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into paying customers.

2. Service Promotion & Client Presentation

  • Promote IT company services such as website designing, SEO, social media promotion, and lead management software to businesses.
  • Conduct product demos for lead management software and verified leads portal.
  • Present company services to clients with clear benefits, pricing, and ROI expectations.

3. Relationship Building & Customer Engagement

  • Build long-term business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell additional services.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Analyse market trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and report insights to the management team.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing and IT service trends for effective pitching.

5. Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for website projects, Google Ads packages, and software subscriptions.
  • Track performance and ensure consistent revenue growth.

6. Field Marketing Activities

  • Conduct promotional activities, distribute marketing materials, and participate in exhibitions and events.
  • Represent the company during client meetings and field campaigns.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM or lead management software.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales visits, client feedback, and conversions.

8. Coordination With Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with digital marketing, design, technical, and support teams to deliver client projects smoothly.
  • Communicate client briefs clearly to ensure timely project delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
