About the Role

The role involves managing a business development team with a focus on performance tracking, effective training, and market in sighting. The RFMM is responsible for driving sales growth, demand generation, and strengthening market presence through structured initiatives and people management.

Qualifications

• Graduate + MBA preferred but not compulsory.
• Locations-Chennai, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kochi, Chandigarh, Jaipur

Key Responsibility:

1. Drive market development and channel expansion in identified towns as per HO plans.
2. Build capability through training programs, certifications, and site conversions for contractors, fabricators, and dealers.
3. Ensure achievement of defined KPIs by tracking business performance and conducting regular reviews with field managers.
4. Strengthen promotions and visibility through in‑shop initiatives, local campaigns, loyalty programs, and contractor connect modules.
5. Manage people and projects by inducting and training BDEs, monitoring performance, and driving pilot projects/new product launches.
