Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment including hydraulic cylinders, power packs, and custom-engineered manifolds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit prospective clients in the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
• Promote Teutonic Engineering’s product range (hydraulic cylinders, power packs, valves, manifolds, etc.).
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
• Generate and follow up on quotations, sales leads, and inquiries.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for customized solutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on field visits and sales activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meets as needed.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor data.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Automobile or any relevant field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in industrial / B2B sales preferred (Hydraulic products experience is an added advantage).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of mechanical components and hydraulic systems
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must

Compensation:

Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives (Based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
