Field Sales Executive

FOOD PROMOTION is a food delivery and restaurant discovery mobile application connecting customers with their favorite local restaurants and food brands. We provide restaurants and food businesses a powerful digital storefront to reach thousands of hungry customers in their area. We are launching in Valencia Town, Lahore, and are aggressively expanding our restaurant partner network.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and people-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our ground team. Your primary responsibility will be to visit restaurants, food brands, cafés, and eateries in the Valencia Town area and convince business owners to register and list their menus on the FOOD PROMOTION application. You will be the face of FOOD PROMOTION on the ground and play a critical role in building our partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily field visits to restaurants, dhabas, cafés, bakeries, sweet shops, and food brands within Valencia Town, Lahore.

* Introduce and pitch the FOOD PROMOTION app to restaurant and business owners, explaining the platform's benefits and business model.

* Complete the onboarding process for each partner, including registration, menu listing, photography coordination, and account setup.

* Meet and exceed weekly targets for the number of new restaurant registrations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to ensure long-term partnership retention.

* Provide feedback from the market to the management team regarding competitor activity, partner concerns, and opportunities.

* Follow up with registered partners to ensure their listings are live and accurate on the app.

* Represent FOOD PROMOTION professionally at all times in the field.

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development.

* Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field.

* Basic smartphone and app literacy (ability to assist restaurant owners with app/web registration).
