Finance & Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure statutory/tax compliance.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, MIS, and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Lead audits and implement strong internal financial controls.
• Guide and mentor the finance team for efficiency and compliance.
• Mitigate financial risks and ensure sound governance practices.

Pay: ₹552,688.95 - ₹1,748,187.99 per year
