Job Title: Finance and Benefits Associate
Position Type: Full-time (25-40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and evenings
Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Benefits Package, part-time: Retirement (401k), paid holidays, parking
31 hours + per week, add: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Reports to: Finance Director
SUMMARY: Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance and Benefits Associate plays a key role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of Life House. This position is responsible for a range of tasks including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and employee benefits coordination. Working closely with the Life House administrative team, this role helps maintain accurate financial records, prepares internal reports, and contributes to the development of systems that support the organization’s fiscal accountability and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to supporting Life House’s mission through reliable financial and administrative support.
