Finance and HR Associate (WFH)

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:•
Act as a point of contact for employee coordination and HR-related queries.

  • Handle employee requests and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly salary sheets and payroll documentation.
  • Draft and manage HR documents including offer letters, experience letters, and other employment related correspondence.
  • Oversee visa processes, cancellations, and documentation for employees.
  • Manage termination processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee files and records in an organized and confidential manner

.• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Issue invoices and follow up on payments as required.

  • Issue invoices as required and perform accurate data entry tasks related to HR and finance operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed for HR-related support.

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR finance support roles (preferred).

  • Good knowledge of HR practices, documentation, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.

Working Hours - The staff will work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, five days a week, from Monday toFriday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
