Role Overview
The Finance Associate will assist the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll support, and invoice management. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and looking to grow their career in finance while gaining exposure to company-wide financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable including vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly reporting.
  • Support the Finance Manager in budget tracking, expense analysis, and financial documentation.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and Excel-based analysis as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and other departments on finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and standard accounting practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general finance operations.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
