Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to support the financial operations of our organization. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with budget management and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Recordkeeping

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial data.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and expense reports.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate financial data and documentation.

Budgeting & Reporting

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Help monitor budget expenditures and alert management of variances.
• Compile financial data for audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Provide support in forecasting and budget planning activities.

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Assist with financial audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes for efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and employee-related information.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the finance team and other departments to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
• Provide administrative and financial support for projects and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting software, and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 2000AED - 3000AED Per Month
