Finance Director

Industry: Trade / Distribution / Multinational Company

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to lead financial operations for a multinational organization in the trade and distribution sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial finance expertise and deep knowledge of KSA and UAE financial and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage trade finance, credit control, and channel profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with KSA (ZATCA) and UAE (FTA) regulations.
• Optimize working capital, cash flow, and treasury operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Background in trade, distribution, or FMCG within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of KSA and UAE tax and financial regulations.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£120,000.00 - E£150,000.00 per month
