The Role

The Finance Director will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting business performance through strong financial control and analysis. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations
• Maintain financial records in line with company policies
  
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide insights into revenue performance, costs, and profitability
  
  

Commission & Sales Finance

• Manage commission calculations and payments for sales teams
• Work closely with sales leadership to track revenue and pipeline performance
• Ensure accuracy in deal recording and financial reporting
  
  

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor cash flow and support working capital management
• Assist in managing banking relationships and payments
  
  

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Support audits and ensure all financial processes meet regulatory standards
• Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures
  
  

Systems & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems
• Support implementation of finance tools and automation where applicable
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with commission structures and revenue tracking is highly desirable
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
