Role Overview:
The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization in financial planning and decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and journal entries.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation laws, and company policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial approvals and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (e.g., B.Com, MBA Finance, ACCA, CA Inter).
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
