JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finance Specialist - Real Estate Development

Arabic Language is Preferable .

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to join our Real Estate Development team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the financial health of our projects, from inception through construction and completion. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and senior management to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgetary control, and compliance with Dubai regulatory authorities.

• Project Finance: Develop and maintain detailed financial models and cash flow forecasts for development projects.
• Cost Control: Monitor construction costs, project budgets, and interim payments against project milestones.
• Accounting & Reporting: Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledger entries, and prepare monthly financial reports (accounts payable/receivable).
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) regulations, escrow account regulations, and UAE tax laws.
• Vendor/Investor Liaison: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and financial institutions to process invoices, payments, and funding requirements.
• Analysis: Perform ROI/IRR calculations and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial performance. Indeed +7

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5+ years of relevant accounting or financial experience, specifically within a Dubai-based real estate developer or contracting firm.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate development cycles, construction cost structures, and property management.
• Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Indeed +5

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Escrow account management and RERA regulations.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA, CFA). Indeed +4
