Finance Executive

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our Finance team. This role involves creating financial and revenue reports, analysing large datasets, and delivering insights that support business decisions. You’ll work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure data is accurate, meaningful, and actionable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for bank reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate matching of receipts with bank statements.
• Monitor and track down payments in bank accounts within defined SLA and TAT, maintaining 100% accuracy and proper documentation.
• Verify and confirm payments for non-medallion accounts in coordination with Regional Accountants.
• Support the invoicing team by validating refunds and resolving payment-related queries.
• Independently verify customer deposits with banks to ensure amounts are correctly deposited and reflected in company bank statements before marking transactions as received in the system.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Experience: 1 year+ of experience working in invoicing team , or finance-related roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Dashboards).
• Experience with data transformation and extraction tools.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
