Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team. The role requires strong expertise in handling multi-million dollar EPC and engineering projects, with a focus on financial planning, budgeting, project financing, and cost control. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure financial compliance, effective resource allocation, and profitability of projects. This is a full-time on-site position based in Nagercoil.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for large EPC and engineering projects.

· Manage cash flow, project funding, and working capital requirements to ensure smooth execution.

· Monitor and control project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.

· Oversee accounting operations, tax compliance, and statutory reporting in alignment with Indian financial regulations.

· Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

· Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them for multi-million dollar projects.

· Work with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure project financing and maintain relationships.

· Implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure transparency and accountability.

· Support project bids and proposals with accurate cost estimations and financial planning.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and contractual terms.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CMA, or MBA preferred).

· 8–15 years of experience in finance management, with significant exposure to EPC and engineering industries.

· Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects.

· Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements in India.

· Experience in project financing, cost control, and risk management.

· Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior management.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
