Job Title: Finance Manager

Reporting To: General Manager, SANY Turkey / Finance Department at Headquarters

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial operations of SANY Turkey, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate financial policies.

Develop and implement financial management systems, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and business reports, and regularly report financial performance to headquarters.

Handle tax planning, compliance, and liaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and financial institutions.

Manage accounts receivable/payable, monitor cash flow, and mitigate financial risks.

Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of relevant financial experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role; experience in multinational companies or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Turkish tax laws, financial regulations, and IFRS standards.

Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP or ERP software.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, etc.) are highly desirable.
