Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager

Location:Gullberg 3 Lahore

About the Role

We are a project-based organization managing multiple ongoing projects and are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to handle project budgeting, ERP & QuickBooks operations, P&L reporting, and team management.
This role requires hands-on experience in project finance and strong coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for multiple projects
• Prepare, monitor, and control project-wise budgets
• Prepare and analyze project-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Work on ERP systems and QuickBooks for accounting and reporting
• Track project costs, revenues, and profitability
• Prepare monthly MIS and management reports
• Coordinate with project and site teams
• Supervise and manage the accounts team
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts
• Proven experience in project accounting and budgeting
• Hands-on working experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of P&L statements
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
