Finance Manager

At Melbrew Coffee, we’re crafting more than great coffee - we’re building a brand people love. We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager who can do more than just reporting - someone who can guide smart investment decisions, evaluate new projects, and support business growth in the F&B space.

Your Daily Brew:

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Build investment cases and feasibility models to guide smart capital allocation
• Assess expansion opportunities, new outlets, and product launches, delivering clear insights to leadership
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and cost structures across the business
• Lead audit, tax, and regulatory coordination; ensure full compliance with Pakistan tax laws
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, margin optimization, and profitability
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance & accounts team

Are You the One?

• Live and breathe numbers, strategy… and coffee ☕
• Hold ACCA/ CA or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus!)
• Bring 5–7 years of experience in finance, ideally within F&B, FMCG, or manufacturing
• Think like an investor - you know where to spend, when to save, and how to scale smartly
• Turn complex data into clear, confident decisions
• Comfortable building feasibility models, challenging assumptions, and advising leadership
• Hands-on, detail-driven, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Location: Karachi (DHA Phase VIII)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
