Finance Manager

Arpatech is seeking a strategic and data-driven Finance Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead our financial operations. As a global IT services provider specializing in software development and cloud, we need a professional who understands the financial intricacies of a project-based and managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Accounting: Oversee project-wise profitability analysis, resource utilization tracking, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; present performance insights to senior leadership.
• Revenue Management: Manage billing and revenue recognition for diverse contract types (Time & Material, Fixed Bid, and Retainer models).
• Budgeting & Analysis: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; analyze variance between actuals and planned spend.
• Cash Flow & Treasury: Optimize global cash flow across international entities (US, UK, UAE, Pakistan) and manage foreign exchange risks.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local and international tax laws, audit requirements, and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in finance, with at least 7+ years specifically in a software house or IT services company.
• Education: CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT service metrics (Utilization rates, Gross Margin per project, and EBITDA).
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (financial modeling) and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate financial complexities to technical stakeholders.
