Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management and sales performance. This role combines financial planning, reporting, cost control, risk management, and sales leadership to ensure profitability, financial stability, and business growth. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to support strategic decisions and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports
• Monitor financial KPIs, profitability, margins, and operational efficiency
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and regulations
• Implement cost optimization and expense control initiatives
• Manage financial risk, internal controls, and insurance coverage
• Oversee capital allocation, investments, liquidity, and working capital
• Develop and support long-term financial and business growth strategies

Sales & Revenue Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and reporting
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports are submitted and reviewed
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations

Other Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, production, and admin teams
• Support data-driven decision-making using financial and sales insights
• Handle confidential financial matters of senior management as required

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in finance leadership and revenue management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management
• Proven experience in sales strategy and team leadership
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
