Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of our Exhibition Stand and Interior Fit-Out business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and project-based financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Manage daily accounting operations and cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop and manage annual budgets
• Monitor project costs and profitability
• Implement cost-control measures
• Work closely with project managers on budget tracking

Accounts & Treasury

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Manage cash flow forecasting and banking relationships
• Ensure timely invoicing and collections

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
• Coordinate audits and work with external auditors
• Maintain internal controls and financial policies

Strategic Support

• Provide financial guidance to senior management
• Support pricing strategies and business growth initiatives
• Assist in forecasting and long-term financial planning Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance management

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in construction, fit-out, exhibition, or project-based industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities
