Finance manager

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic business decisions. The role requires a qualified finance professional with hands-on experience in accounting and finance management.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting

Budgeting & Planning

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities
• Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cost controls

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Supervise finance and accounts staff
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Professional Qualification:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or
• ICWA / CMA
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management
• Experience in a corporate or multi-business environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO800.000 - RO900.000 per month
