What You'll Be Doing
Finance HQ Support

Help prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards that tell the story behind park performance

Assist with month-end close activities in partnership with corporate finance

Track budgets, forecasts, and expenses-spotting trends and flagging surprises

Maintain accurate financial reports and schedules (details matter!)

Communicate regularly with corporate finance to keep reporting on track
Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable Adventures

Process purchase orders
-
Support customer billing and reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and help follow up on outstanding balances

Keep organized records that support audits and internal controls
OperationsAnalytics Support

Help track labor costs, operating expenses, and revenue performance

Assist with basic analysis tied to attendance, pricing, and promotions

Maintain financial models and data files used for park decision-making

Jump in on ad hoc projects and day-to-day finance support as needed

Maintain dashboards and KPIs

Investigate discrepancies and chargebacks
What You Bring to the Park

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently working toward one)

0–2 years of internship or entry-level experience in finance or accounting

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

Proficiency in Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
