Finance Manager

Rodamientos Vera is a growing and performance-driven organization committed to operational excellence, financial discipline, and sustainable business expansion. As we strengthen our presence in Qatar, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Lusail and support strategic decision-making.

Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy. This role requires a strong leader with analytical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and controls
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor finance team members
• Support business growth initiatives with financial analysis and strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent required
• Minimum 6–9 years of progressive finance experience, including managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
