Finance Manager

A nationally recognized nonprofit supporting military communities is hiring a Finance Projects Manager to join its leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who loves building systems, improving processes, leading people, and partnering directly with executive leadership.

💰 Up to $120K base + annual bonus

🏡 Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite near Woodbridge, VA / 3 remote

This is not a traditional accounting role. They are looking for a strategic finance professional who can:

• Lead and mentor accounting staff

• Build and improve financial systems and workflows

• Drive cross-functional finance projects

• Conduct high-level financial analysis and forecasting

• Partner with leadership across a multi-location national organization

Ideal background:

✔️ 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
