Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, cost control, and supporting management with accurate financial insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial and accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
• Support management with strategic financial planning and reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
