The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a proven track record in financial management within the service industry, particularly in sectors such as airlines, travel, and banking. responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct a detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure the organization maintains adequate liquidity.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development.
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to improve profitability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Qualifications:

• Education: ICMA, ACCA, CMA
• Expereince: 8 years or above
