Finance Manager – Karachi Head Office

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a manufacturing company (Sugar, Cement, Textile, or related industries).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (Accounts Receivable/Payable and General Ledger)
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Strengthen financial controls and implement process improvements
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• CA (Finalist) / ACCA / ICMA / MBA (Finance)
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sectors such as Sugar, Cement, Textile, or similar industries
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
