Job Vacancy: Finance Officer (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s financial, accounting, and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations and compliance with internal requirements.

Position Summary

The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing effective financial and administrative support to company operations. This role reports directly to the Senior Administrative Officer and is essential in ensuring sound financial management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the company’s financial systems to ensure finances are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable systems, ensuring complete and accurate financial records
• Prepare and manage financial statements and reports
• Maintain cash controls and oversee purchasing activities
• Administer employee files and personnel records to ensure accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and allowances
• Process and administer monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide efficient and effective office management support
• Perform other related duties as required by management

Reporting Line

• Reports to the Senior Administrative Officer

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
