We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage the financial operations of the institute. The ideal candidate will handle budgeting, fee management, financial reporting, and record keeping to ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions and records of the institute
  • Maintain fee records, billing, and payment tracking
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in budgeting and expense planning
  • Monitor income and expenditures of the institute
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and filing system
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies
  • Coordinate with administration for financial planning and reporting
  • Handle invoices, receipts, and payment processing
  • Support audits and financial reviews when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or similar role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to manage financial records independently

Computer proficiency, including:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Google Sheets
  • QuickBooks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in educational institutes or organizations
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems
  • Strong organisational and reporting skills
