Finance Officer

We are a leading manufacturing group specializing in fiber recycling and non-woven carpets. We are seeking a disciplined Finance Executive to support our finance operations, tax compliance, banking, and import management at our Islamabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax & Compliance: Prepare and file monthly Sales Tax returns and Withholding Tax statements (236, 153, 149, etc.) via the FBR portal. Assist with annual filings and tax audits.
• Accounting Operations: Record daily transactions in ERP/QuickBooks, handle bank reconciliations, manage AR/AP, and support monthly/year-end closing.
• Import & Banking: Coordinate with clearing agents for timely import clearance, negotiate rates with bank treasuries, and manage timely payments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized, audit-ready digital and physical financial records.

Job Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / BBA / ACCA (part-qualified) / CA Inter.
• Experience: 1–4 years in accounts or taxation. Manufacturing sector experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Pakistani tax laws, hands-on experience with the FBR portal, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Attributes: High attention to detail and ability to meet strict monthly filing deadlines.
