Finance Supervisor -BPO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Finance Supervisor** to oversee financial operations in our BPO setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day finance activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting audits, and leading a team to maintain accuracy in financial reporting. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily finance and accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against targets. * Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls. * Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. * Oversee billing, collections, and client invoicing process. * Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and cost optimization. * Lead, mentor, and train the finance team for continuous improvement. * Support management in decision-making with financial insights and analysis. --- ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CMA) is a plus. * 4–6 years of relevant finance/accounting experience (preferably in BPO/Shared Services). * Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting. * Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Flexible to work in shifts as per BPO environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs140,000.00 per month
