Financial Administrator

Executive Summary
Serigrafia Toscana LLC is seeking a rigorous Financial Administrator to manage the fiscal operations of our Mesaieed Industrial Zone facility. This role is designed for a finance professional who excels in maintaining high-standard accounting integrity within a fast-paced industrial environment. You will be the primary custodian of the site’s financial health, ensuring all transactions and reports are executed with total precision.

Core Accountabilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for the regional management team.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee all accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor settlements and proactive collection of outstanding credits.
  • Compliance & Audit: Maintain all financial records in accordance with Qatar Tax Law and IFRS standards, facilitating both internal and external audits.
  • Payroll & Expenses: Coordinate the accurate disbursement of staff salaries and the reimbursement of operational expenses through our corporate banking portals.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative finance role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tally, SAP, or similar ERP accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data confidentiality.

Terms of Employment

  • Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 25,000.
  • Full company sponsorship, including health insurance and residency permits.
  • Annual leave and flight allowance as per company policy and Qatar Labor Law.
