Job Summary
Financial Analysis Secretary provides high-level secretarial and financial support to the General Manager. The role combines executive administrative duties with financial data coordination, reporting assistance, and follow-up on finance-related matters to support management decision-making and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support to GM
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage GM’s calendar, meetings, and confidential appointments
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the GM
- Maintain highly confidential business and financial information.
Financial Reporting & Analysis Support
- Assist in preparing financial summaries and management reports for GM review
- Compile data for budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Maintain financial tracking sheets (expenses, commitments, variances)
- Support GM in reviewing departmental financial submissions
- Assist with consolidation of reports from Finance and other departments.
Documentation & Compliance
- Organize contracts, financial records, and executive documents
- Ensure proper filing and document control for management records
- Support audit and compliance documentation when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 3–5 years’ experience in executive secretarial or finance support roles
- Experience supporting senior management is preferred

- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
- Good understanding of financial reports and business terminology
- Excellent organizational and executive support skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
