Job Details:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A-focused) to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business units. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership to provide insights that drive performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting & forecasting processes
• Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and provide actionable insights
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to track KPIs and performance
• Develop and deliver management reporting packages and dashboards
• Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement
• Assist with long-range planning and scenario analysis
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Strong experience with Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred
• Strong communication skills with ability to partner cross-functionally
• Experience in energy, industrial, manufacturing, or operations-driven environments is a plus
