Plant Financial Analyst – Future Growth – Hybrid 3 days/week On-Site!

Korn Ferry has partnered with our industry-leading client in their search for a Financial Analyst! You’ll be joining a global organization that is known for its strong culture and promoting from within. This is a great opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of the operations at the plant level that can open you up for future growth!

As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Plant Finance across financial reporting and analysis of your local facility. This role will be heavily focused on front-end analysis for project pricing and back-end analysis of profitability. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with upper management and departments to understand their performance and provide recommendations.

Target Compensation up to $75K Base with strong bonus potential, solid benefits, and future growth!

Hybrid – 3 days/week On-Site. MUST BE LOCAL

Scope of Responsibilities :

• Working closely with Leadership on pricing and profitability of potential new projects.
• Driving insights through analysis, KPI’s, and financial reporting to provide recommendations on cost savings and growth opportunities
• Supporting the accuracy of financial statements and month-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial data and reporting
• Partnering with accounting leadership to ensure alignment with corporate reporting requirements
• Work closely with Operations and Other Leadership throughout the organization
• Identifying and implementing process Improvements
• Special Projects

Skills Needed :

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
• 1 - 2+ years of experience in Finance
• Manufacturing experience - preferred
• Plant or Corporate
• Strong ERP and Excel
