Financial Analyst

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical  Financial Analyst  to join our team in either our  White Plains, NY  or  Stamford, CT  office. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, supporting business decisions, and contributing to high-impact projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business planning and decision-making
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop financial models and dashboards to track performance and identify trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial results and business initiatives
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased reporting efficiency
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP& A, reporting, or a related finance role
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
