Job Overview

Cocinlux is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Controller to oversee the company’s financial management and control functions. This role is ideal for a finance professional with expertise in accounting oversight, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial controls, supervising reporting processes, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and operational performance.
• Support audits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead process improvements to strengthen controls and financial efficiency.
• Supervise and support finance team operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial control, accounting management, or senior finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
