Financial Controller Supervisor

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Financial Controller Supervisor to oversee and enhance our financial operations. Located in the vibrant region of Qatar, this full-time, non-remote role offers a permanent appointment to those with professional experience in finance. The successful candidate will bring expertise in financial supervision and a commitment to driving best practices. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and Organize the accountants’ work plan in coordination with management.

• Follow up on accountants’ work on a daily basis.
• Monitor the daily performance of accountants.
• Coordinate between Organization administrations and accountants.
• Achieve the objectives of the department.
• Prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Implementing and maintaining robust financial control systems and procedures.

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is committed to recruiting a driven and skilled professional with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or Business Administration.
• Certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are Preferred.
• Proven Minimum 10 years of experience in financial control or a related field, demonstrating ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Ability to solve problems and manage a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
