About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our business forward, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our clients while contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and lead acquisitions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in foreign exchange or finance are a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the foreign exchange industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

PKR 1,100,000-1,300,000 per month (gross, including medical allowances; net take-home approx. PKR 860,000-9300,000 after tax)
